The company @ Consulting s.r.o., in cooperation with the Faculty of Transportation Sciences at the Czech Technical University in Prague, is implementing the project SmartSupport AI – An Intelligent Solution for Modern L1 and L2 IT Support.
The project was initiated under the Operational Programme Technologies and Applications for Competitiveness, within the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships – Call II, and is focused on the transfer of knowledge between the academic and corporate environments.
The main objective of the project is the development of an innovative AI tool for the automation of L1 and L2 IT support. The solution under development will leverage natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and predictive diagnostics technologies to accelerate request handling, reduce operational costs, and increase the availability of IT services, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The collaboration with the Faculty of Transportation Sciences at CTU will enable effective transfer of expertise and research outcomes into practice and support the development of an innovative solution with high application potential.
