Abstract:
Types of engineering branches directed to risks, procedures used in risk engineering, ensuring the secured systems, ensuring the safe systems, ensuring the safe systems of systems.
Objectives:
To teach the principles of selection of correct concept of work with risks according to formulation of real problem. On the ground of a given concept to teach rules for identification, analysis, assessment, judgement, management and negotiation of risks and means for control of human factor and prevention of organising accidents.
