Purpose of Personal Data Collection

To make browsing this website as convenient as possible, we use cookies like most other websites. Cookies help analyze your navigation through our website and improve it. Thank you for helping us enhance the Faculty's website. This primarily includes data such as email addresses and cookies.

Controller's Declaration

We operate in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons concerning personal data processing and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation."

We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, including:

  • processing your personal data only based on a valid legal reason, such as legitimate interest, contract fulfillment, legal obligation, or granted consent,
  • fulfilling the information obligation under Article 13 of GDPR before starting personal data processing,
  • enabling and supporting you in exercising your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

We retain your personal data for the duration of statutory limitation periods unless the law requires a longer retention period, or unless otherwise specified in particular cases.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

  • request information about which of your personal data we process,
  • request an explanation regarding personal data processing,
  • request access to these data and the possibility to update or correct them,
  • request the deletion of personal data, which will be carried out only if the interests of joint controllers do not override your privacy protection,

  • contact us in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing.
