Can I pay the fee and the admission procedure cost in a way other than by credit card?

Yes, it is possible, however, we prefer card payments. If you cannot pay the fee online, you can transfer it to our bank account. Please note, however, that if the payment is not credited to our account on time, we will not take it into account, and the application will therefore not be valid.

What should I do if I realize I have entered incorrect information after submitting my application?

If you have not yet paid for the application, don't worry, simply create a new application. However, if you have already paid by card or sent money to the account, please contact us here Admission Contacts.

If I do not meet the admission requirements (e.g., repeating a year of high school), will the application fee be refunded?

The admission procedure fee of CZK 950 is non-refundable. At the same time, under no circumstances will the application be "carried over" to the following year – you will need to submit a new application, including paying the fee again. Please also note that the fee is not refunded even if you apply to multiple universities (or multiple faculties of CTU) and choose to study at a different university or faculty than the Faculty of Transportation Sciences, CTU in Prague.

If I submit applications for multiple study programs (e.g., Intelligent Transport Systems and Smart Cities), is one application sufficient?

Unfortunately not, a separate application must be submitted for each study program. If you are applying to two programs, you must have two applications and therefore pay the admission procedure fee twice.

How will I find out the deadline for submitting documents regarding my previous education, or when I will take the entrance examination?

All applicants will receive information via the email address provided in their application during the month of May. Applicants can also track information about the admission process in their electronic application.

Can I attend the entrance examination even if I do not have all the necessary documents?

Yes, you can take the entrance examination even without a high school diploma, nostrification (recognition of foreign education), and a Czech language certificate, but any decision regarding admission to studies will only be received after all documents have been submitted.
