Contemporary status and future expectations in area of telecommunications networks and telecommunications services provisioning; introduction of basic managerial principles applied in provisioning of guaranteed level of telecommunications services quality, redundant telecommunications networking concept, networks and services management tools and position of financial and human resources management in telecommunications services provisioning.
Understanding of telecommunications systems and telecommunications services provisioning, understanding of the hierarchical networks based services management with accent on the financial and human resources management, understanding of relations between network elements technical parameters and services performance quality quantification.
