Abstract:
Theories of corporate finance - financial statements, budget, forecast. Financial policy of the company. Financial resources - long-term financial resources, depreciation, retained earnings, shares, bonds, loans, leasing, capital. Financial and economic analysis of the company - structure and content.
Objectives:
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with financial management, to teach them to orientate in corporate finance, to work with financial statements and indicators, to work with financial resources, to teach him the basics of financial planning and creating financial models, the basics of controlling.
