Department Děčín ensures technical and operational conditions to carry out the Study Programme: Technology in Transportation and Telecommunications. The Programme with full accreditation granted by the CTU: Faculty of Transportation Sciences offers studies in full-time form in the field of "Transportation Systems and Technology" and both full-time and part-time forms in the field of "Logistics and Transport Processes Control".

Department Děčín provides other activities in the field of Lifelong Learning, addresses external projects, grants and additional activities implemented by the CTU: Faculty of Transportation Sciences. The Department cooperates with a number of experts of significant northern Bohemian businesses and organizations. The general public can also benefit from Lifelong Learning Programme which offers specialized educational and retraining programmes for businesses, organizations and various groups and individuals.
