- Abstract:
- Development of aviation law. International conventions on civil aviation. International organisations and including of the Czech Republic in these organisations. EU legislation and civil aviation. - Objectives:
- The goal is to acquaint students with the legal framework of international civil aviation, to provide basic compendium about international conventions and EU legislation in civil aviation, to explain responsibilities of air carriers in connection with aviation law.
