Abstract:
The subject "telematics systems" will address the theoretical aspects of transport-telematics systems. The studied theoretical areas will cover models of transport infrastructure, models of traffic flows, models of telematics components (tracking and tracing, transmission technologies, multi-sensors comparison, etc.), models of traffic management systems, data models and models of complex information and telecommunication systems in UML (Unified Modelling Language) and ASN.1 (Abstract Syntax Notation No.1) methodologies. With respect to defined models the assessment of synergies and effectiveness of complex telematics systems can be estimated based on fuzzy-linguistic approximation and known experts rules.
