CSN/ATM Technology and Operational Procedures
- Abstract:
- The project is oriented both to technical field of systems, means and technologies utilized by air navigation service providers as well as operational procedures related to air traffic control and management. It deals with communication, navigation and surveillance systems and also with technology, operational procedures and future concepts related to air traffic flow management, airspace management and air traffic services, where the dominant part is dedicated to air traffic control service. The project is focused on a wide range of specific issues and tasks, from the definition of operational needs to the design of specific system, including development, production aspects, system integration into the operator infrastructure up to the installation of the system and its operation (testing and maintenance). Students are encouraged to use HW and SW means available within the Laboratory of ATM Systems at the Department of Air Transport. The project leader is Ing. Terézia Pilmannová, MBA.
