Operation and Economic of the Air Transport

Abstract:
This project is focused on the entire spectrum of operational and economic activities in aviation. It covers activities that airlines and airports apply to their business strategies to be successful in a highly competitive environment typical for the aviation sector. The project deals with the importance of air transport in Czech Republic-and Europe air transport market. Students can also analyze the development of a specific air market within any world region according to their interest. Practically every operation area is directly or indirectly related to the management of air subjects, so many theses can be solved in the final project work. Each project leader is dedicated to a specific area, making the project adequately covered. Special concern is given to topics related to aircraft maintenance, operational aspects of meteorology, space technology overreach into the aviation, aviation economics, and the interoperability. The project leader is Assoc. Prof. Jakub Hospodka.
