Aviation is one of the few sectors where there are no uniform global rules for greenhouse gas emissions. The current system with emission allowances valid only in EU is very complicated, administratively and financially demanding. On the other side, reducing CO2 emissions is important and essential. The tool that causes the carrier to reduce it should be as simple and effective as possible, with minimal exceptions and valid throughout the world - not only in EU.
