This document represents a methodology for transforming cruise fuel flow data from a supplemental performance manual into a format suitable for abbreviated checklists, specifically for a generic single engine light attack aircraft. Abbreviated checklists provide aircrew with quick reference operational data. The primary challenge lies in reducing 120 tables of fuel flow data, each varying by drag index, temperature, and altitude, while maintaining accuracy. Our approach involves converting drag index values into incremental adjustments, significantly reducing the number of required tables. The methodology was validated through deviation and relative deviation analyses, which demonstrated an error within ±4.79%. The results confirm that this approach effectively preserves essential performance data while improving usability in operational settings, making it a solid solution for integrating cruise fuel flow information into abbreviated checklists.
