Optimization tasks in logistic chain
- Abstract:
- Transportation networks form an environment with a wide variety of transportation and logistic problems. This project is focused on research of facility location, vehicle routing, optimization of logistic centres operation, optimization of supply chain logistic and economic point of view (the costs and risk analysis). The project deals with the application of optimization methods in public transport as well. For example, in the project some optimization problems regarding public transport services or control plans for controlled intersection etc. will be solved.
