The staff of the department provides administrative requirements related to the expert activities of the Faculty of Transportation Sciences. They communicate with the Ministry of Justice and with the commissioners of expert reports, manage the electronic expert diary, supervise the formal aspect of the processing of all expert reports, check compliance with deadlines, accompany the experts to court hearings and administer the expert fee agenda for the expert report providers.

Doc. Mičunek and Dr. Frydrýn provide expert services in the field of traffic accident analysis.

Doc. Mičunek is the chairman of the advisory board of the Minister of Justice for the field of transport.

The Faculty of Transportation Sciences prepares approximately 15 expert assessments per year, which, according to the law, require the application of a scientific approach.
