Annotation:
The project aim is to develop an understandable and easy to use methodology and a tool for municipalities that can be used to evaluate risks related to mass public events planned to be held on their premises. The methodology will evaluate the resilience of the event (planned organizational and technical measures respectively) against violent acts to aid the municipal office during the approval procedure. The main contribution of this project is to provide a unified methodology for municipalities how to assess the security risks related to mass public events to ensure the public safety of attendees while maintaining a consistent system of evaluation.
