The article deals with the problem of responsibility or accountability of artificial intelligence build into the vehicle. It introduced problem of algorithmization of the society and some thought of the prominent persons on the artificial intelligence implementation into day-by-day life. From this background the article focuses on the problems of cooperative autonomous vehicles, their grouping and the behavior of the group in dynamically changed environment. The engineering, sociological and psychological view are com-pared. Following conclusions are based on the Strawsonian account distinguish between strong and weak AI and argue the power of these AI groups, pointing out reasonable responsibility gap. The article is closed by conclusion on responsibility or accountability of AI in autonomous vehicles at current state of art.

The models of thinking and behavior of human population, using regular meta-descriptors of IT procedures, show that to increase the computing power will not be the shortest way to the artificial intelligence with ability to solve even simple task of the management. Human nature, human mental ability together with intuition, abstraction and association skills has to be described more in analog then in digital world. From analog point of view, we have connection with many analog signal levels encumbered by distortion, interference or crosstalk’s. The main role will be played by signal to noise ratio at the input to the destination neuron. Furthermore, we are ready to state that interference caused by crosstalk’s would create a part of human association abilities and imagination. Some views of these approaches are addressed in the paper.

The article deals with current problems of IT and sets up a new view of semantic memory as a base for artificial intelligence system. The explanation of object defined as a language, not as a data, leads to linked semantic objects and memory sizing paradox.

The article deals with current problems of IT deployment in different segments of human activities. In the introduction the similarity of Industrial Revolution in 18 century and IT revolution today are compared. Following chapter deals with the impact of broad deployment of IT on human mental and decision process. Following chapter discuss changes in capability of human to memorize information and to judge based on information memorized and impact of IT on these abilities. The filtering model of human information processing introduce simple novelty approach using two separated filters – the knowledge filter and emotional filter. The conclusion emphasizes the thread of changes in people way of information processing, especially impact on people attitude and simple perception management.

The way of live in the modern society has changed radically over the past few decades. In particular, thanks to the strong use of information technology, many activities have moved from the real world to the digital world. This has obviously introduced advantages in terms of data management and communication efficiency. Nevertheless, it has given also to the criminals the possibility to move into cybernetic space and, as a consequence, to exploit all the technological advantages available for carrying out their activities. In this context the paper provide an overview on the cybercrime and organized crime by focusing on the concept of crime as a service as well as the main issues related to big data by highlighting the social aspects.
