The usage of non-linear regression and datamining methods for the purpose of data analysis in the ticket handling system of Czech Railways (ČD - České dráhy). Data analysis - its causality and the relationship between input and output data should reveal the effects of tariff changes, business offers and handling procedures on overall sales and output of a transportation company.
