Annotation:
Hlavním cílem projektu žadatele společnosti DERS s.r.o. (dále jen DERS) je vývoj nástroje komplexního řízení podnikových znalostí s důrazem na vysokou míru eliminace souvisejících rizik při práci s ochranou duševního vlastnictví v rámci výzkumu, vývoje a inovací. Žadatel pro řešení projektu navázal partnerskou spolupráci s výzkumnými organizacemi (dále jen VO): Univerzitou Karlovou, Matematicko-fyzikální fakultou (dále jen UFAL), Českým vysokým učením technickým v Praze (dále jen ČVUT) a Univerzitou Hradec Králové (dále jen UHK).

Annotation:
Despite the various steps to improve public administration, the analysis of its effectiveness is still very actual. The project proposes an innovative approach to analyse the efficiency of municipalities and their comparison with the application of economic research findings. These are DEA and FDH methods. These have been used in various countries and various empirical studies. We can mention the study of L. Šťastná and M. Gregor. This project aims to bridge the knowledge and experience of scientific research into an applicable position at the level of municipalities in the Czech Republic. This project proposes the practical application of these methods, the elaboration of a methodology of procedures and IT application for easy use by potential users.

Annotation:
Persons with reduced mobility and orientation are an integral part of our society and as an advanced society we should not forget this group of people, even though it is often worth considerable financial extra costs. It is our duty to try to make ourselves these persons have created an environment in which they would feel equally because they have the same demands and expectations as the majority population. This project aims to enable the determination of transfer times for different group of people than the healthy population. When defining a transfer time could then take into account people with reduced mobility and orientation, thereby to improve their traveling by public transport.

Annotation:
Persons with limited movability and sense of orientation form a significant segment of the population. Their self-reliance and safety during transportation is paramount. The individual transformation infrastructure components should be adjusted accordingly, or provide information about the absence of these adjustments. This project aims to propose approaches for collection and assessment of parameters of transportation infrastructure components, so as to become a basis for establishing the degree of barrierless accessibility for the handicapped. The proposed approaches could serve as a basis for uniformed assessment throughout the Czech Republic.

Annotation:
Ačkoliv objektové databáze jsou v praxi využívány jen asi v 9% aplikací, dá se předpokládat v blízké době zvýšení tohoto čísla. Stát by se tak mělo nejenom z důvodu odstranění impedančního problému, který vzniká při použití objektového jazyka a ukládání dat v relační databázi, ale i díky lepšímu teoretickému aparátu nad objektovými databázemi. Cílem této práce je k tomuto přispět v oblasti data miningu, jednak zmapováním metod vhodných pro objektové databáze a také návrhem metody pro nalezení vhodné struktury k účelům data miningu.
