Annotation:
The project will mostly focus on creating a complex environment for the development of advanced assistance and autonomous vehicle systems in the Ústí Region. This will include the expansion of the virtual model U SMART ZONE - a polygon for testing advanced assistance and autonomous vehicle systems so that it approaches the standard of a virtual twin and offers a complex, heterogeneous and stochastic environment for virtual testing of vehicle systems and the creation of traffic simulations, especially of the human-in- the-loop (testing the behavior of the human factor) and vehicle-in-the-loop (testing the behavior of vehicles in a simulated environment). Both of these approaches benefit from highly realistic visual processing and the possibility of parallel testing, i.e. measuring and comparing values in real and simulated environments on the same road section.
