Annotation:
The project deals with finding and description of current approach to parking problematics in the Czech Republic. Within the project, an extensive collecting of traffic-engineering (extraction of existing archives, traffic surveys) and sociological (sociological surveys) data will be carried out. Output of the project will be a descriptive model of current approach to parking problematics for typified areas and an evaluation of the sociological survey on parking. The data found within this project will be used in other follow-up projects which will be targeting to finding proper solution to parking for individual specified areas.

Annotation:
Subject of the project is to analyze, whether the share of pedestrian traffic in urban environment is rising or the other way around. To be specific, what influences the motivation to walk and which factors are crucial for it and at which conditions. As a part of the project, collection of data about behaviour or a large number of individuals during their daily activities is expected. At the time of creating concepts of smart cities it is necessary to know factors that influence pedestrian traffic. Based on this gained knowledge, which factors should we focus on when planning and adjusting public spaces, organisation of public and individual transport,...etc. As a result of the project, recommendations about what should cities focus on when developing themselves will be given. Recommendations will favour preference and support pedestrian traffic instead of motor traffic.

Annotation:
Předkládaný projekt umožní zkoumat kapacitu úrovňových křižovatek z hlediska vlivu pěšího provozu. Budou sledovány lokality, kde jsou křižovatky silně zatíženy pěším provozem, který má na jejich kapacitu nepříznivý vliv. Budou vybírány vzájemně neovlivněné lokality v rámci celého území ČR a pro srovnání i vybraná lokalita v SRN. Očekávaným přínosem by měla být optimalizace výpočtových vzorců pro kapacitu křižovatek, které zahrnou i vliv pěšího provozu. V současné době je v normách a technických podmínkách vliv pěšího provozu na kapacitu brán v úvahu pouze okrajove jako zanedbatelný koeficient výpočtových vzorců.

Annotation:
Předkládaný projekt umožní zkoumat problematiku systémů integrované hromadné dopravy osob z hlediska míry integrace daného systému. Budou analyzovány opatření prohlubující synergický efekt dané dopravní sítě v kontrastu s opatřeními desintegračního charakteru. Důraz je kladen především na stavební a organizační opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení atraktivity, konkurenceschopnosti a efektivnosti systému. Očekávaným přínosem je vznik, resp. optimalizace návrhových kritérií pro systémy integrované dopravy.

Annotation:
The aim of the project is to make a complex research, which would assess the infrastructure conditions of the bicycling possibilities and which would suggest a group of arrangements towards increasing of its atractivity. The degree of its utility will bediscussed too. A high priority of the project is based on information of the public about bicycling. Withing the project a new information portal will be opened. This portal will include a databaze and statistical data about the cycle transportation.A guidebook about specific aspects of the cycling based on a large research will be published. An analyze of financing of infrastracture will be included in the project.
