Anotace:
This article deals with the functioning of CRM (Crew Resource Management) in small companies. Great part is devoted to a survey, its detailed evaluation and analysis of the provided responses, as well as analysis of individual interviews with employees of the selected companies. Based on the results, measures leading to better communication at the workplace and more satisfied employees were designed.

This paper describes the consistent preview of the testing and measuring GNSS parameters. The Measuring and testing GNSS requires three essen tial components: aircraft with flight crews, procedures or navigation aid requiring validation, and a Flight Inspection System (FIS). A Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), as a source of position information available worldwide is considered as a key enabler to future navigation.

Anotace:
This article contains a draft recommendation for reducing checked baggage loss. It describes how the SITA BagManager, BagMessage and WorldTracer systems work. It focuses on the use of RFID modern technology. It includes an analysis of baggage losses over the last six years. On the basis of this analysis, a recommendation for minimizing loss is proposed.

Anotace:
Tento článok uvádza niektoré výsledky riešenia projektu Centrum excelencie pre leteckú dopravu ITMS 26220120065 a jeho úlohou je priblížiť problématiku merania a overovania loeteckej zabezpečovacej techniky širšej odbornej verejnosti. Neoddeliteľným zdrojom tohto článku je predpisová základňa ICAO, predovšetkým predpis ANNEX 10 a Doc 8071 Manual on Testing of Radio Navigation Aids . Letové overovanie leteckých pozemných zariadení zabezpečovacej leteckej techniky (LPZ) z paluby lietadla sa vykonáva v priestore, kde sa budú tieto letecké pozemné zariadenia prevádzkovo používať. Podľa zistených výsledkov sa realizuje nastavenie letovo overovaného zariadenia tak, aby jeho parametre vyhovovali povoleným toleranciám. Na to, aby sa mohol monitorovať a vyhodnocovať stavu zabezpečovacej techniky je potrebné rozpracovať dokumentáciu pre dve základné dotknuté oblasti, ktorými sú letecko – prevádzkové posúdenie a technické posúdenie prevádzky rádiových leteckých pozemných zariadení a pohyblivých zariadení. V tomto článku sa zameriavame na overovanie leteckých pozemných zariadení zabezpečovacej leteckej techniky.

Anotace:
This paper aims to familiarize experts from other fields with issues of flight inspection of instrument landing system (ILS) and its assessment contained in the elaborated documentation. At first in chapter I. the standard volumes of the instrument landing system are described, followed by standard profiles flown during the flight inspection in chapter II. Finally, chapter III. describes the instrument landing system analyse s after the flight inspection itself and restrictions emerging from nonstandard values of the inspected instrument landing system parameter. The paper is based on project Centre of excellence for Air Transport, which focuses on the impact of air transport on environment.

This paper describes the consistent preview of the position reference systém for flight inspection aircraft equipped by flight laboratory capable to flight inspection of radio navigation systems. It focused on description of ground position reference station designed to receive GPS signals and to transmmit differential GPS data to the aircraft for DGPS corrective calculation for purpose of improved precision of flight inspection of radio navigations systems such ILS or VOR/DME.

Anotace:
This article describes chosen devices for environmental flight laboratory which will measure water vapor volume in the atmosphere during flight. It deals with their detail technical parameters and it also provides readers with their comparison for mentioned flight lab. In addition to this comparison there is also briefly description how these gas analyzers work. The purpose of measuring water vapor volume is monitoring of this compound as a greenhouse gas whose abundance causes climate change. There is no doubt that flight measuring represents more flexible, efficient and precise data gathering than for example meteorological balloons or other methods.

This paper is about new scientific research project: Centre of excellence for Air Transport -ITMS 26220120065, which is realized at Air Transport Department of University of Žilina in cooperation with Flight Training Organization (FTO) – Air School of the University of Zilina. This project is cofinanced from sources of EU, which supports research activities in Slovak Republic. The project focuses on the impact of air transport on environment, including photogrammetry and surveillance of electromagnetic compatibility of monitoring of radio navigation and radio communication equipments.
