Anotace:
Today’s roads resemble a large anthill, in which countless cars are constantly on the move. There is a human behind the steering wheel of every vehicle, but assistance systems become popular in recent years. Until 20 years ago, a car was a completely practical mechanical device without any embedded electronic systems. Recently, we have seen these systems constantly evolving, and being installed in every new vehicle, which is progressively leading to autonomous vehicles.This is fully in line with the concept of smart cities, where one of its areas is defined as intelligent mobility, where autonomous vehicles belong.These vehicles already generate a huge amount of data. This article defines the current legal framework regarding data in autonomous vehicles. These data are then presented and the classification based on the degree of data personality is suggested. The last part of the article is the design of software that will help manufacturers and administrators with data protection issues.

Anotace:
Cílem předkládaného dokumentu je analýza stávajícího právního rámce České republiky a Evropské unie a identifikace oblastí právní regulace, které mají či v budoucnu mohou mít vliv na všechny aspekty provozu automatizovaných vozidel v České republice (tj. schvalování automatizovaných vozidel do provozu, registrace, provoz na pozemních komunikacích, odpovědnost za škodu způsobenou provozem automatizovaného vozidla, výkon veřejné moci, zajištění kybernetické bezpečnosti a ochrany osobních údajů atp.). Tato analýza bude zpracována pro každý stupeň automatizace dle standardu SAE J3016 s důrazem na stupeň 3 a vyšší, z pohledu práva však bude rozdělení aplikováno na vozidla, kde řidič je ve vozidle přítomen a může předat řízení vozidla autonomnímu systému, ale zároveň může ovládání vozidla kdykoliv převzít (resp. je povinen převzít v případě, že je k tomu vozidlem vyzván) a na vozidla, kde je řízení předáno autonomnímu systému a řidič navíc nemusí být ve vozidle přítomen, kdy možnost převzetí řízení řidičem není možné a veškeré řízení vozidla zajišťují příslušné technické systémy ve vozidle. Z pohledu právního řádu se v tomto případě jedná o dvě zcela odlišné situace, které je nutné odpovídajícím způsobem zohlednit v právním řádu.

V rámci tohoto výsledku jsou v dokumentu uvedeny identifikované osobní údaje a jejich rozsah, které jsou zpracovávány v rámci systémů autonomního řízení ve 3 oblastech zpracování: zpracování údajů uvnitř systému autonomního vozidla; zpracování údajů v komunikačních sítích a aktivních prvcích; zpracování údajů v koncových bodech, tj. vozidlech, infrastruktuře apod. Současně bude zohledněno, kde a jak jsou osobní údaje zpracovávány a zda nejde o automatizované individuální rozhodování.

Anotace:
Smart mobility based on cooperative systems (C-ITS) represents one of the Smart Cities topics. Guaranteed quality of data exchange both between VANET (Vehicular Ad hoc Network) members (V2V) as well as between VANET and Infrastructure (V2I) represents critical condition for suitable functions of the cooperative systems. We proposed hybrid routing protocol for VANET networking based on application of two most widely accepted mobile technologies and theirs combination. Finally, we compared in VANET communication simulation proposed protocol performance with performance of mostly discussed routing protocols designed for VANET conditions.

For wireless vehicular communication both Europe and USA adopted IEEE802.11-2012 (WiFi) based communication systems. These systems are road infrastructure independent type of communication enabling both vehicle with vehicle communication as well as vehicles communication with infrastructure. However, as WiFi radio system architects stressed low system complexity, adopted communication system reaches the only sub-optimal performance with relatively low spectral efficiency, limited communication capacity and principally reduced services guaranteed performance as well as the only restricted possibility of farther system performance enhancement. New generation of 3GPP cellular networks with progressively growing services availability can in future offer alternative solution to WiFi based systems with much higher spectral efficiency and communication capacity and with possibility to guarantee communication services performance. Recently were introduced 3GPP proximity services and their extension devoted for vehicular communication. Such communication system augmentation opens possibility of full 3GPP communication systems engagement in the extensively growing vehicular communication. In this paper is discussed future expected development in this systemic area as well as both communication systems potential coopetition.

Smart City is a phenomenon of the last years with a lot of researches been conducted in the past. Smart City is an interdisciplinary field and requires a high level of cooperation among experts from different fields in order to achieve the best results in the six key areas: economy, environment, mobility, people, living, and governance, with the contribution of the latest technologies. Following a system development methodology is in general a necessity for a successful implementation of a system or a project. Smart City projects introduce additionally new challenges. There is the need for cooperation across many fields, from the technical or economic through legislation to humanitarian, together with sharing of resources. The traditional system engineering methodologies fail with respect to such challenges. This paper provides an overview of the existing system engineering methodologies and their limitations. Next a new, so called Hybrid-Agile approach is proposed and its advantages with respect to the Smart City projects are discussed. The approach however expects change of our thinking. The customers in a Smart City projects (typically municipality or governmental organizations) must become active and engaged. It is demonstrated, that a city cannot be smart without Smart Government.

Cooperative Systems are part of the Smart Cities solutions. This Article presents two pilot applications of cooperative systems. First was the project BaSIC, which aimed to design, develop and validate solution to increase the road safety through cooperative systems. Second was the application of cooperative systems for the Road and Motorway Directorate. In both project was measured several parameters that give us an idea about suitability of use the chosen technology for future use.

Anotace:
Cooperative systems play an important role in the field of telematics and automotive industry and they have a huge potential to continuously grow. To ensure proper functioning it is necessary to deal with telecommunication solutions being able to support relevant information dissemination within vehicles networks. There are many different approaches to networking and information distribution in VANET networks. Different approaches can meet partial requirements; however, none of the existing approaches can offer solution being able to meet all key requirements generated by the real traffic. The conclusions of our studies and simulations so far show that an appropriate option must combine Geocast based routing type with centrally operated cluster based support. Such approach also well fits with available telecommunications system architecture applicable for VANET solutions.

Providing this information leads to optimizing the use of existing parking spaces on the highway network and also makes it easier for drivers to deciding on a suitable location for parking, which ultimately contributes to the fluency and safety of traffic.

Anotace:
Paper presents telecommunications security issues with dynamically changing networking. Paper also presents performance indicators of authentication as an integral part of the approach to non-public information. Expected level of security depend on relevant ITS services requirements, different solutions require different levels of quality. Data volumes transferred both in private data vehicle on board networks as well as between vehicles and infrastructure or other vehicles significantly and progressively grow. This trend leads to increase of the fatal problems if security of the wide area networks is not relevantly treated. Relevant communications security treatment becomes crucial part of the ITS telecommunications solution because probability of hazards appearances grow if vehicles networks are integrated in the dynamically organized wide area networks. Besides of available “off shelf” security tools solution based on non-public universal identifier with dynamical extension and data selection according to actor role or category is presented including performances indicators for the authentication process.

Anotace:
Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) are concentrated on transportation systems with goal to improve usability, efficiency and safety of the existing as well as newly constructed transportation infrastructure. These concepts are associated with high society expectations that C-ITS will principally participate in resolving of continuously growing transportation challenges. C-ITS represents typical multidisciplinary area where effective cooperation of wide range of different disciplines is the key condition of the success. Possible approach to treatment of requirements on telecommunication services in C-ITS applications is presented.

Electronic information systems are an integral part of transportation arrangements in every city. They are built with the aim to offer to its constituents various services and to facilitate their orientation in a complex transportation network. These systems, however, do not necessarily take into consideration the needs of the handicapped, for example the visually impaired, although precisely this group needs correct and aptly transmitted information more than any other segment of the population. This article highlights the basic concept of the expansion of the current transportation information system in the Czech Republic by employing the Near Field Communication technology for the visually impaired passengers.

More and more often occurs problem with the lack of parking places for trucks over 3.5t, which is related to the increase in the intensity of freight transport. Consequently this can lead to very dangerous situations with parking of trucks because drivers do not have information about the occupancy of the nearest parking. The paper presents an intelligent transportation system, which provides information about the predicted occupancy of parking lots to truck drivers. Providing this information leads to optimizing the use of existing parking areas on the highway network and also makes it easier for drivers to deciding on a suitable location for parking, which ultimately contributes to the fluency and safety of traffic.

he paper presents the telematics system which deals with a problem of lack of parking places for trucks. This problem can lead to very dangerous situation with improper parking of these trucks. The presented telematics system provides information about the predicted occupancy of parking areas along the highways. This information will help to optimize the usage of existing parking and it is useful for truck drivers in their decision making process of selection the appropriate place for parking, which will contribute to the fluency and safety of traffic as a whole.

Due to an increase in the intensity of freight transport on the road network in the Czech Republic, are increasingly occurs problems of lack of parking spaces for heavy goods vehicles. This leads to very dangerous situations with improper parking of trucks. Cooperative systems are playing an increasingly important role in the automotive industry, particulary in relation to improvement of safety. Specific requirements on telecommunications security solutions generated by dynamically growing field of tranport cooperative systems are discussed. Data volumes transferred between car and infrastructure as well as between other cars have progressively grown. This trend amplifies potential of the fatal problems if security of the wide area networks solution has ot been appropriately treated. Hazards probability grows if vehicles internal networks are integrated in the dynamically organized wide area networks. Telecommunications security treatment represents one of the crucial part of the system telecommunications solution. Besides of availabel "off shelf" security tools solution based on non-public universal identifier with dynamical extension and data selection according to actor role or category is presented. Guaranteed quality of telecommunication service and wide area coverage are typical requirements of the ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) applications. Extensive range of wireless data services with reasonable coverage is offered by public wireless data services providers, however, mostly no guaranteed relevant range of quality and security has been available. As ITS services require cost-effectively solution, as well, requirements can be resolved by seamless switched combination of public and private services selected in accordance to agreed criteria realized by implemented decision processes. Specific situation is identified in case of the C2I (Car to Infrastructure) and C2C (Car to Car) communication namely if the vehicle on board unit is interconnected with the vehicle CAN (Controlled Area Network) based network. Such dynamically developing telecommunications solution touching public networks significantly increase potential of dangerous intruders´ attacks. That is also the main reason why relevant telecommunications security support is understood as one of the crucial part of the ITS telecommunications solution. System security is discusses in detail in this paper and security performance indicators are defined in context of already adopted telematics and telecommunications performance indicators.

ITS specific service security requirements would not underestimated, as well. System-oriented approach to the ITS design, operation and evaluation with respect to all predefined performance indicators like reliability, safety, security, integrity, etc. is introduced. The ITS objective is to achieve principal transport, travel and forwarding processes services improvement within the existing transport infrastructure. ITS services cover requirements from an individual local case up to the complex wide area solutions with wide scale of services complexity and telematics services are an integral part of the ITS. They do not represent the only telecommunications solutions, but they are tightly connected with a wide variety of transportation services. Intelligent Transport Services expect availability of the secure seamless communications solutions typically covering widely spread areas. Different ITS solutions require different portfolio of telecommunications service quality. These parameters have to correspond with ITS service performance parameters required by specific service. Even though quite extensive range of public wireless data services with reasonable coverage are provided, most of them are provided with no guaranteed quality and security. ITS requirements can be in most parameters easier reached if multi-path communications systems are applied core solution is combined with both public as well as private ones where and when it is needed. Such solution requires implementation of relevant flexible system architecture supported by the efficient decision processes. This paper is concentrated the telecommunications security issues relevant to the ITS wide area networking. Expected level of security varies in dependence on relevant ITS service requirements. Data volumes transferred both in private data vehicle on board networks as well as between vehicles and infrastructure (C2I) or other vehicles (C2C) progressively grow. Such trend upsurges the fatal problems appearance probability in case security of the wide area networks is not relevantly treated. That is reason why relevant communications security treatment becomes crucial part of the ITS solution. Besides of available “off shelf” security tools we present solution based on non-public universal identifier with dynamical extension (time and position dependency as an autonomous variables) and data selection according to actor role or category. Presented results were obtained within projects e-Ident1, DOTEK2 and SRATVU3.

This paper is primarily concentrated on design of the telecommunications solutions for the ITS security requirements quantified by specific security performance indicator. Authors of this paper propose for ITS applications mobile solution with efficient quality management and wide area coverage based on the dynamical seamless handover of the best possible service from the set of just accessible different wireless alternatives. In contrary to ISO TC204, WG16.1 (CALM) or IEEE 802.21 based on the L2 switching and Policy-based Management (PBM) authors introduce solution based on the "intelligent" routing. Success of proposed solution is strongly dependent on efficient adaptive decisions processes which are managing selection of the best possible alternative between the available ones. Such approach has got remarkable advantage in relatively simple system integration based dominantly on the SW implementation with no or very limited additional requirements on mostly off shelf available hardware.

There is available quite extensive range of wireless data services provided by public telecommunications providers frequently in quite reasonable pricing, however, with no guaranteed service quality. Studied telematics solutions expectations lead to the multi-path solutions where principal improvement in service quality is reached by systematic implementation of the telecommunications services quality management, efficient decision processes as well as appropriate flexible architecture.

ervices quality management represents on of the key features of the wireless seamless telecommunications data solutions dedicated for the Intelligent Transportation Systems. Private solutions can frequently guarantee reasonable service quality level, however, their signal area coverage use to be significantly limited and the economical parameters of private solutions are much less desirable than the ones offered by the public provides. Public providers usually offer high service penetration in widely spread areas, nevertheless, these providers typically do not guarantee even lower level of the data services quality. Widely spread mobile solutions with reasonable quality level can be reached by the dynamical selection of the best possible service from the set of just accessible wireless services. Implementation is based on the seamless switching/routing structures managed by results of those adaptive decision processes. CEN TC204, WG16. 1 team has been working on series of documents known as CALM family of standards. CALM is based on L2 switching and for decisions the Policy-based Management (PBM) principles are applied. In contrary to CEN team approach authors of this paper propose "alternative CALM" solution based on the L3 routing managed by the decision processes designed on principles of the adaptive classifications. This solution belongs to category of "intelligent routing". Related alternative solution can be more efficiently implemented if there is available deep enough understanding of the applied technologies. Paper presents the first implementations experiences based on the results of the laboratory studies of three most widely spread data wireless services.

Seamless secure communications multi-technology access to widely spread network (WAN) serving extensive cluster of moving objects requires implementation of relevant decision processes. These processes must be based on precisely quantified system requirements, i.e. set of performance indicator tolerance range identified for keeping service running on appropriate quality level with minimal influence of continuously changing conditions in time and served space. Method of different paths service quality evaluation and selection of the best possible active communications access path is introduced Presented method is applicable even with limited resources of relevant internal data from lower layers of applied communication system. Proposed approach is based on Kalman filtering, which separates reasonable part of noise and also allows prediction of the individual parameters near future behavior. Presented algorithm uses measured data combined with deterministic parameters.

Intelligent transport system requirements on the communications environment are usually quantified indirectly by telematic sub-system performance indicators. Correct selection and configuration of the appropriate communication solution are achievable, if "transformation matrix" between vectors of communications and telematic performance indicators is correctly identified. Principles of developed method based on such transformation matrix identification are introduced. Application of the proposed methodology is demonstrated on the CaMNA communications system identification and its parameters settings.

Rodina standardů IEEE 802.3 a 802.1q původně dominantně aplikovaná v místních sítích získává významnou pozici alternativního páteřního protokolu. Důvodem jsou relevantní komplexní nástroje řízení kvality, dosahovaná vysoká bezpečnost v L2/L2 VPN řešeních, rychlé obnovení sítě po poruše a dosah při použití optické fyzické vrstvy.

Mnozí uživatelé se ne vždy racionálně rozhodují, protože nejsou schopni oddělit významné vlastnosti od parametrů druhého řádu, jako jsou momentální trendy, obdobná aplikace u partnera anebo konkurence, nejasně pochopené marketingové prezentace výrobců/dodavatelů řešení apod. Tento příspěvek by měl napomoci k racionálnějšímu pohledu uživatelů při tak složitých rozhodováních, mezi která právě patří i vhodné řešení firemní IP VPN.

Výstražné systémy by měly být schopny dodat relevantní informaci o krizovém stavu do jasně ohraničené oblasti. Přesná územní adresace GSM buňkovým vysíláním nabízí možnost víceúrovňové informační kampaně a řízení evakuace z daného území. Současně umožňuje i kvalifikovaný odhad počtu potenciálně ohrožených osob v oblasti.

Anotace:
A remanence-based technique, developed recently in magnetic recording media research with the aim of identifying the nature and intensity of interparticle magnetic-interaction fields, is reported. The technique is based on Wohlfarth's linear relation linking isothermal remanent magnetization (IRM) acquisition and saturation IRM (SIRM) d.c. demagnetization with the field as a parameter, deviation from the linearity being attributed to many-body effects. Physical interpretation of an interaction-dependent parameter is discussed.

Anotace:
The behaviour of some magnetic properties of natural and synthetic haematite of different grain size is examined. The natural haematite was obtained from the hydrothermal deposit Kadan (Czech and Slovak Federal Rep.). Six grain-size fractions ranging from 120 to 40-mu-m were prepared by means of sieving and two further fractions down to 5-mu-m by wet ultrasonic sieving. Since the behaviour of the fractions is similar, that of only four representative samples is reported. In addition, the behaviour of one submicron synthetic haematite fraction (0.5-mu-m) prepared by oxidation of ferrous sulphate (uniform in size and shape) was investigated.

Anotace:
palaeomagnetism and magnetic fabric study in six sampling sites of the lower Ordovician redbeds of the Cap de la Chevre formation, Crozon Peninsula, France. Measurement of anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS) shows that these beds are affected by a weak but significant tectonic strain during the Hercynian folding of the Armorican Palaeozoic cover.
