Anotace:
The main objective is to improve the basic service of access to open traffic data through the National Access Point (NAP), not only for viewing or downloading but improving the extraction of meaning from the data and allowing other types of services only. achievable through the use of linked open data. The importance of a data set (dataset) LOD on traffic information is not only that it includes data, but also incorporates links to other sets of thematic data on the Web, which will allow federated queries that include datasets from different platforms belonging to different sectors, not only traffic, that would provide benefits for national operators / administrations, as well as for end users and service providers. Therefore, to achieve our goal, we aim to: 1) Use LOD DATEX II, because it will facilitate the accessibility and comprehensibility of European traffic data and services. This will entail the construction of translation tools DATEX II to LOD DATEXT II, and the development of an ontological model (DATEX II Ontology) as support. 2) The implementation of a "specific common metadata model to represent this type of information accessible through NAP" to increase interoperability by homogenizing the descriptors of data catalogs (NAPDCAT-AP). As a proof of concept, we intend to develop a NAP with semantic capabilities, which includes the use of a LOD DATEX II and NAPDCAT-AP to allow the incorporation of new ITS providers. The test will include a federation process of the NAP, through the national ("datos.gob.es") and European ("europeanandataportal.eu") catalogs, addressing the technical and legal issues. Finally, an integration architecture of the main ODPs of the EU and NAPs will be proposed.
