Anotace:
This article deals with the unification of the required documentation of airport operator, which relates to processes and activities taking place at the airport in response to realization of extraordinary or unusual event. The purpose is to introduce into these documents, which often overlap, system to improve the quality of airport operations. This applies to airport guide, airport security program, airport emergency plan, airport contingency plan, the safety management manual and quality manual. Each of these documents is concerned with certain parts of the response to above described situation. It is important, however, to have affected all phases of the comprehensive emergency management cycle, so that the transitions between phases or procedures for a range of documents were flawless.
In this article, therefore, the airport operator documentation is thoroughly analyzed; each phase of the comprehensive emergency management is assigned to the appropriate document which should ensure the closure of the cycle. When analyzing the interface of the cycle phases, the emphasis is on the coherence of the transition from one phase to another. Since the documents are usually not synchronous with the phases, it is necessary to ensure not only the interface between the phases of the cycle, but also between documents and between documents and phases.
This whole issue is very complex one because it depends also on aviation regulations.
